If you are having any issues with downloading any digital content, please let us know via email and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as we can. All digital items are non-refundable.
Shipping & Payment
We provide international shipping (costs will depend on the shipping zone), and we will be posting the items as soon as we can manage. You will then receive an email including the tracking number for your package. We can ensure you that the item will be properly packaged and protected.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us via email (email@example.com) so that we can make an agreement on returning the item or try to come to a satisfactory agreement.
We only accept returns if the product is not personalised in any way or used / damaged. Returns are accepted within the first two weeks of receiving the item, and shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer.
We will issue a full refund for the item once it has been received and confirmed to be in good condition.
We are not a large company, but merely two YouTubers selling our creations from time to time.
